By using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

YPCA LLC provides the following services:
Business Listing: We offer a listing for your business in our comprehensive online directory, making it accessible to potential customers.
Enhanced Visibility Options: We provide premium visibility options such as featured listings, badges, and other promotional tools to help your business stand out.
Digital Marketing Exposure: We offer digital marketing services to increase your business’s online presence, including exposure on various platforms and search engine optimization (SEO).
All listings are made publicly visible upon confirmation of payment and approval. YPCA LLC reserves the right to approve, modify, or remove any listing as deemed necessary.
By subscribing to a plan on Yellow Pages California, you authorize YPCA LLC to automatically charge your credit/debit card or other payment method via Stripe for the selected subscription (monthly or yearly).
You agree to the following billing terms:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date by emailing us to stop on contact@yellowpagescalifornia.com
If you are a registered business (LLC, Corporation, or Licensed Entity), you are required to subscribe to our Small Business Plan. If you mistakenly select the Professional Plan, we will send you an invoice for the correct plan.
If the invoice is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to automatically upgrade your subscription to the Small Business Plan and charge the payment method on file.
Pricing is disclosed clearly at checkout and is subject to change with prior notice.
All billing is handled securely through Stripe. You agree that recurring charges may continue until you cancel the plan according to our cancellation policy.
YPCA LLC categorizes listings by business type to ensure fair pricing. If you are a registered business and sign up for a plan meant for individual professionals (e.g., therapists, freelancers, etc.), your account will be reviewed and flagged.
In such cases:
You will be notified and sent an invoice for the correct plan (Small Business).
If you do not complete payment by the invoice due date, you authorize YPCA LLC to automatically charge your saved payment method and upgrade your plan to the Small Business Plan.
This policy ensures consistent listing quality, fair pricing, and uninterrupted service. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or removal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a written request to contact@yellowpagescalifornia.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
Cancellation does not trigger a refund, and no credits or prorated refunds will be issued for:
All payments are final and non-refundable as our services are digital and begin delivering value immediately upon activation. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
By subscribing to Yellow Pages California, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting YPCA LLC at contact@yellowpagescalifornia.com to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
Initiating a chargeback for services that were delivered as promised, including while your business listing was publicly visible and accessible, will be considered fraudulent and a breach of our Terms.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, YPCA LLC will provide the following documentation to Stripe and your payment provider to support our case:
IP address, location, and timestamp of subscription
Proof of acceptance of our Terms and Conditions at checkout
Full listing activity logs and visibility reports
Copies of service records and communications
Invoice and subscription details, including plan type and payment method

If a chargeback is filed without valid justification:
Your business listing will be immediately removed
Your account may be permanently suspended
You may be subject to legal collection for the owed amount plus dispute fees
We encourage all users to reach out directly with any concerns before disputing a payment. We are here to help resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
You are solely responsible for all content you submit or upload to Yellow Pages California, including but not limited to: business name, description, contact details, service categories, images, and promotional material.
By submitting content, you agree that:
All information provided is accurate, current, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
You will not post or upload any false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringing content.
You will promptly update your listing if any information becomes outdated, incorrect, or no longer applicable.
You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and publish the content you upload.
YPCA LLC reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove listings or content that violate these guidelines or harm the integrity of our platform, without prior notice.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with Yellow Pages California:
Impersonating another business or individual, or falsely claiming affiliation with a company or brand.
Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, collect, or interact with content or user data.
Introducing or spreading malicious software, viruses, worms, or any other code intended to damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or users.
Violating copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, including using copyrighted images, text, or branding without proper authorization.
Engaging in fraud, deception, or other illegal activities through listings or communications on the platform.
YPCA LLC reserves the right to immediately remove content, suspend services, or terminate accounts found to be in violation of any of the above, without notice or refund.
All content on the Yellow Pages California website — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, images, design elements, layout, and software — is the exclusive property of YPCA LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the website without prior written consent from YPCA LLC.
By submitting any content (such as your business name, logo, description, images, or promotional material), you grant YPCA LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the content in connection with your listing and promotional activities related to the platform.
Misuse of our intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
YPCA LLC provides all services, listings, and platform access on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding the availability, uptime, performance, or results from using our platform — including but not limited to listing rankings, number of views, or customer engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
You use the Yellow Pages California platform at your own risk. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YPCA LLC, including its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising from or related to your use of our services — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability, for any and all claims arising under these Terms or your use of the platform, exceed the total amount you paid to YPCA LLC in the one (1) month preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in its entirety.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YPCA LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the platform or services
Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
Your breach of any applicable law or regulation
Your infringement or alleged infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party
Any content or information you submit or post on your business listing
YPCA LLC reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claims.
YPCA LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
By continuing to access or use our services after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using our services immediately.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
