James Barraza was the technician that came to help me out. I’m a new home owner and knew nothing about water heaters and by the time he left I felt like I knew the ins and outs of them. Although I didn’t end up going with this company he was very helpful and friendly. Answered all the questions I had and help me out as best as he could. It wasn’t his fault I didn’t go with the company, it was just the price difference in quotes I got. James was actually so friendly I was trying two rationalize going with this company just because he had such great customer service. But at the end of the day I didn’t make the finally say. But if you want someone honest, helpful, and friendly to help you out I would ask for James!!

Daquan is amazing! He worked overtime to make sure he made it to my home as promised by his scheduled team! If u told me they would show up after 10 pm to make sure they honored commitment after a day of unexpected complications I honestly thought they would not then Daquan called me said he will be there! And he did! He is professional hard working and dedicated. His customer service is above and beyond! I recommend him and the company hands down!

Damien and Christian came and snaked a slow-draining shower drain I had. They hit a blockage about 10’-15’ down. Based on the layout of my plumbing and access points they suggested to TV inspect from an access point downstairs and were able to pinpoint exactly where the blockage was. Unfortunately for me it is under the slab under my new kitchen floor tiles right in the middle of my kitchen. They suggested to convert the clean out in my backyard into a tow sided clean out to be able to clear the blockage from the downstream end to avoid tearing up my kitchen floor or building slab, work which I did not have performed yet today. Great service and explanations overall. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because my appointment time was 8am and I called the office 2x to figure out why no one had showed up. Damien was newly assigned to my appointment and showed up around 11am.
